Through this 12 month immersion we work with the seasonal archetypes of astrology in an experiential way. We allow the archetypes to live and breathe through us. Together we create an environment in which we bring the archetypes to life through each of us. We learn from and with each other about how astrology expresses in and through us in different, often contrasting and conflicting ways.

Complexity is welcome and not avoided. 

Evolutionary astrology is not predictive, it invites deeper exploration of our soul, path, and psyche. It’s a remembering and uncovering rather than an external seeking for validation or truth. It helps us to see that truth is within us, and through this immersion we contemplate and explore our relationship to the archetypes within. 

Each of the archetypes, from Aries to Pisces, has its own flavour. Its own expression. Its own evolutionary intent and purpose. It therefore comes as its own teacher. 

Over the course of each month we spend with a sign, we get to be with and reflect on the archetype, where it sits in our chart, how it lives through us in our lives. Through this slow unfolding process, when we really spend time to contemplate, so many layers reveal themselves. This isn’t presenting a simple answer but exploring the complexities of the archetypes contained in our birth chart which we all hold within us. We explore different layers of both our personal and the collective psyche. It therefore brings a deeper understanding of all the different facets of each astrological archetype season.

The archetypes themselves are the hero(ine)’s journey - each of the signs is born out of the one that came before, and so over the course of 12 workshops we explore  the full evolution of the zodiac, which is at the same time the evolution of our psyche, what the ancients and the sages call the path towards ‘enlightenment’ or self realisation. From the ignition of Aries to the ego dissolution of Pisces. This is astrology as a spiritual practice.

My hope is it will bring greater understanding of our own selves and also our collective consciousness and shadows. I hope that with this course we all find more compassion towards all aspects of ourselves, even and especially the ones we reject - it’s astrological shadow work if you will. Through this understanding, we also find compassion for how these aspects display themselves in others. We come into greater wholeness and acceptance on a collective level, which is much needed right now.
